North American Indigenous Games – looking for volunteers

The North American Indigenous Games provides Indigenous youth, aged 13-19, an opportunity to showcase their heritage through 14 sports and cultural events.

This event cannot run smoothly without the hard work and dedication of thousands of helping hands!

The North American Indigenous Games are looking for over 2000 volunteers, including sport specialists, protocol, medal ceremonies, event services, medical volunteers, accreditation, opening and closing ceremonies, IT specialists, photographers and French speakers to name a few. Volunteers will work together and be stationed at various venues across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Hamilton Region and Six Nations of the Grand River.

Volunteers will be essential in delivering a successful 2017 NAIG, and ensuring that all of the athletes, participants and spectators, have an enjoyable and memorable experience.

The Volunteer Portal is now open!
