The CIMA Conference Committee has brought together a fantastic group of business leaders who will discuss the different types of disruption facing today’s businesses; from digital disruption, black swans, exponential technologies, workforce/demographic shifts and the increasingly VUCA nature of the world, and what you can do to protect against these.

The opening remarks at the conference will be delivered by CIMA President David Stanford and will be followed by the key note speaker David McLean. David is the founder of the McLean Group and former Chair of CN Rail.  One of the most distinguished Canadian business leaders of his time, David has been the driving force behind highly successful businesses in aviation, film studios, real estate development, and communications.

Following the key note speech, there will be a panel discussion that includes business executives and thought leaders in the fields of disruption and will be Chaired by Derek DeCloet, Executive Editor and Business Editor of the Globe and Mail.
